Name: Minty
Age: 12
Species: Dragon
Gender: Male
Orientation: Straight
Mate: N/A
Appearance: Green scales all over body; green wings with very thin leather-or-skin-like material in the middle of them; purple spiked, almost tufts of fur on end of tail; two sets of purple, striped horns (one smaller than the other); large clawed, almost lion-like feet; green eyes; always wears a gold necklace with red ruby in the middle of it.
Personality: Strong-willed and dependable, Minty is a great ally and friend to have. Although he can come off as having a "better than you" attitude, he can be quite funny once you get to know him. He tries to come off as calm and cool, but most of the time just comes off as phony. It's quite laughable, really, but of course no one jokes about it. Once he gets to know you, however, his true personality starts to shine. He is actually can be quite shy, funnily enough, especially with adults! Although he tries to shrug it off, boasting about his abilities. He loves adventure, and will always be there to help anyone who is in need of assistance... even when he shouldn't.
History: Minty grew up in the Dragon Realms, with his two parents as an only child. His parents weren't very strict, and let him go off and mostly do whatever he liked. He often got into trouble, but he always seemed to manage to get out of it. He envied Spyro, the purple dragon, but not in a cruel way - he just admired how he was able to go off on his adventures, just like that. Minty wished he could, but his parents and everyone else wouldn't allow it... and Spyro seemed like a loner, besides. They new each other, and although they got along they never became great friends. Minty still spends his days frolicking in the meadows and lovely lands of the Realms, although there is still sadness and a longing for what could have been.
He wears the necklace that has been passed down throughout his family, never being seen without it. It supposedly brings magical properties, and will protect the bearer and all those with him in times of grave danger. No one knows if this story is true, however.
